Model Release / Photograph Release Agreement

This Photograph Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on signature date between [Your Name] ("Model") and Image Maker Hollywood, represented by Tatiana and Daniel Davidov ("Photographers") or agents, collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Acknowledgment and Agreement

The undersigned Model acknowledges and agrees not to sell or utilize the provided photographs for commercial purposes without prior mutual agreement and compensation. However, the use of the photographs for non-commercial purposes on social media platforms is permitted, provided that proper accreditation of the Photographers/Studio is visibly displayed beneath each respective photograph.

2. Rights Granted

The Model hereby acknowledges that Image Maker Hollywood, their legal representatives, and assigns possess the irrevocable and unrestricted right to utilize and publish photographs featuring the Model, or in which the Model may appear, for editorial, trade, advertising, website, social media, or any other purpose, in any manner and medium deemed appropriate. This includes the authority to modify and composite such photographs without limitation and without requiring the Model's inspection or approval, both presently and in the future, regardless of whether the Model's awareness of such usage exists.

3. Waiver of Rights and Royalties

The Model willingly relinquishes any entitlement to rights or royalties for compensation arising from or associated with the utilization of the aforementioned photographs. The Model hereby releases Image Maker Hollywood, their legal representatives, and assigns from any and all claims and liabilities pertaining to said photographs.

4. Usage Restrictions

The Model agrees not to sell, transfer, or utilize the provided photographs for commercial purposes without prior mutual agreement and compensation with the Photographers. However, the use of the photographs for non-commercial purposes on social media platforms is permitted, provided that proper accreditation of Image Maker Hollywood or Photographers Tatiana Davidov and Danie Davidov is visibly displayed beneath each respective photograph.

5. Access to Photographs

Additionally, Image Maker Hollywood agrees to facilitate electronic access to these photographs upon written request from the Model.

6. Legal Capacity

The Model confirms that they are 18 years of age or older and legally competent to enter into contracts on their own behalf.

7. Review and Inquiries

The Model acknowledges that they have thoroughly reviewed this release prior to signing, comprehending its contents, implications, and consequences in full. The Model is at liberty to address any specific inquiries regarding this release by submitting them in writing before signing. Failure to do so shall be construed as a voluntary and informed acceptance of the terms outlined herein.
